Who knew clay could make us ponder about our own mortality? In this stop-motion video called ‘Clayhead’, designer and animator Isak Akerlund creeps us out as he shows a human head almost instantly losing its features as it decomposes into a skull. The realism of the sculpture already makes it eerie, but it gets more chilling when the guy’s empty eye sockets start blinking. Watch if you dare.
